Certification means you’ve been tested on real events, not just on paper. Every certified coach, creative, medic, referee, and manager has worked four live sessions with us and passed an audit against the Sabio Standard for their role.

Apply with your experience, portfolio, or credentials. We shortlist on paper. For medics and physios, this includes your license and certifications.
Four skills sessions
Work four trial sessions at live Sabio events. Each time you’re assigned as Assistant or Head in your field, so we see you both support and lead.
Sabio Standard audit
Your work across the four sessions is audited against the Sabio Standard for your role.
Certified
You become Sabio Certified Talent, with your badge on your public profile and across our pages.
